As a member of UAA's Executive Board with responsibility for the Customer sector, Matteo is responsible for interpreting and enhancing the interests of the Axa agency network in discussions with the Company on issues of digital innovation and evolution of the customer experience. At the same time, he is committed to seeking autonomous and external solutions to stimulate the digital transformation of the Axa agency network. On this front, the new frontier of evolved payments, including remote payments, stands out. The insurance market has seen in recent years a profound acceleration to change and the participation of new highly evolved players; Matteo's effort is to research and select solutions for UAA that adapt the insurance customer payment experience to the standards of natively more digital industries. This challenge rests on skills gained through 20 years of overseeing the insurance business in an area that is already particularly digitally responsive. Matteo is also insurance business delegate of Crs Sinergie, one of the leading Axa agencies in Italy, and a founding partner of Insubriass, by size the first insurance brokerage firm in Varese.
