Mia-Platform has been mentioned in the Gartner® Hype Cycle for AI in Application Integration and Architecture, 2026 by Wei Jin and Andrew Comes as a Digital Integration Hub.

According to the Gartner® report, “A digital integration hub (DIH) offers fast, high-volume API and event data access by consolidating and syncing multiple app sources into a data layer. It ensures scalable, 24/7 access, lightens systems-of-record (SORs) workloads, and boosts business agility, enhancing analytics, integration, and composition”. 

The report also states that “Digital initiatives require APIs and events to access core application data and logic. Traditional integration methods, which connect each request directly to back-end systems, often face performance, scalability, and availability issues due to system-of-record overload. A DIH provides a robust alternative, improving business agility and efficiently addressing these limitations”.

Moreover, “DIHs deliver a more responsive user experience than direct SOR access, lowering access fees and scaling costs by reducing API calls to SaaS and legacy systems. They support continuous operations regardless of SOR availability and increase business agility by decoupling the API layer. DIHs maintain up-to-date data for analytics, notifications, and integration use cases”.
