Our events abide by internal sustainability guidelines, encompassing eco-friendly choices for locations, catering, waste management, and mindful gadget production. For significant events where full autonomy isn’t feasible, we partner with Up2You to offset residual CO² emissions and achieve carbon neutrality.

In our Milan office, we actively pursue environment-friendly practices: reusable tableware, personal water bottles, waste sorting, and even coffee makers with grinder to avoid capsule waste.

We continuously contribute to projects related to environmental protection. We’ve been supporting FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano) since 2022, by providing our staff and some external partners with membership cards. In 2024, a whopping 182 cards were purchased.

Biodiversity

Since 2022, we have supported 3Bee, a company committed to safeguarding biodiversity. Our initiative involves the adoption of a beehive, a tangible action that contributes to protecting ecosystems and promoting a more balanced world.
Partnership with Ogyre
SDG 15.2
The new partnership with Ogyre highlights our full commitment to the planet. We actively support Ogyre’s international Fishing for Litter operations, contributing to ocean conservation and supporting the fishing communities in Italy, Brazil, Indonesia and Senegal. Our target is to collect 13,500 kg of plastic waste in 3 years.
Diversity, Equity &
Inclusion (DE&I) Program

Launched in 2024, our DEI program encourages staff to explore diverse perspectives. We partner with local organizations on topics like gender identity, career paths, music for rehabilitation, and generational traits. The program is expanding to include body positivity, financial education, disability, and neurodivergence. Our commitment finds evidence in the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification.
PC Refurbishment and
Donation

We do our best to use our high-performance PCs longer. If it’s really necessary, we have these machines refurbished and distribute them to families, schools, and to the needy thanks to our partnerships with local associations. In 2024, 32 PCs were donated to 3 different territorial associations.
Partnership with Playmore!
SDG 3.4; 10.2
We actively support Playmore!, an association that promotes the integration of people in vulnerable situations or with disabilities through sports. Since 2023, we’ve been participating in the Milan Marathon with our corporate relay teams, fostering inclusion and shared sporting experiences.

But there’s more: we use the survey results to spark real change, launching workshops and open talks to address areas of improvement.
