Mia-Platform enters the Growth Champions 2023 (Campioni della Crescita) ranking
Milan, November 7th 2022 – For the second year in a row, Mia-Platform is included within the report listing the fastest growing Italian companies – the Growth Champions 2023 (Campioni della Crescita 2023).
Mia-Platform, the Italian tech company that has brought to the market the first platform for the end-to-end creation of cloud-native applications, enters for the second year in a row in the Growth Champions ranking, organized by Istituto Tedesco ITQF and La Repubblica Affari & Finanza.
Campioni della Crescita 2023 (Growth Champions 2023) is the fifth edition of the research carried out by Istituto Tedesco ITQF and La Repubblica Affari & Finanza. The ranking identifies the 400 fastest growing Italian companies in the three-year-period between 2018 and 2021.
The goal of the ranking is to highlight all the businesses that were able to tackle the pandemic thanks to their creativity and competitiveness, while bringing value to the Italian business ecosystem.
Among the 800 Growth Leaders 2023 selected from a long list of 50,000 companies, the majority is composed by SMEs that have expanded their business at an international level. The most represented industry is manufacturing (13.5%), followed by technology (12.4%), services (10.8%) and sales & marketing (8.8%).
The total turnover of the 800 Growth Champions has reached 18.9md in 2021, with an increase of 111% with respect to 2018, while the annual average growth rate in the period 2018-2021 was of 38%. The economic success had also a positive influence on the occupational data: these 800 companies have created more than 46’000 job places, with av. 58 new employees per company.
